3. Where are you located in New York City?

Our New York City station is located at 19 Allen Street, New York, NY 10002

4. Can I book a ticket on your website?

Yes. You'll need to print out the ticket confirmation and bring it along with your picture ID for boarding.

5. What is your refund and exchange policy?

Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded. However, you may call us to change your travel date. Any changes to your ticket must be made 48 hour prior to your departure time.

7. Is High-Speed Internet available on the buses?

We do provide free high speed internet on the buses so you can enjoy your ride.

8. Can I charge my laptops on the bus?

Yes, we have outlets for you to charge your phone and other electronics.

9. How many luggages are allowed per person?

The first two luggages are included with your ticket. There will be a $5 fee for each additional luggage.

10. Do I need to purchase tickets for my kids?

Kids two (2) and under can ride free. You must purchase a ticket for kids over the age of two.

11. How many stops are there between NYC and Ohio?

Bus will stop two times during the trip for fueling and switching driver.

12. Can I eat or drink on the bus?

You may have food on the bus. However, please clean up after yourselves. It's only fair to other passengers. We appreciate your cooperation.

13. Can I smoke on bus or at the station?

Smoking is prohibited on the buses or the bus stations. It’s against the law.

14. Can I buy tickets at the bus stations?

Feel free to stop by any of our bus stations to purchase a ticket. We only accept cash and credit cards.

15. What do I need to do if I want to change my travel date?

Please call us at least 48 hours prior and let us know that you are changing your travel date.
